Precision One Salon and Spa offers the finest in hair and facial skin care and treatment services for men and women as well as total beauty and therapeutic treatments in the Richmond, VA and the surrounding Metro area. Visit Precision One Salon and Spa located in the Stony Point Shopping Center at the intersection of Huguenot Road and Buford Road. We are just around the corner from the Stony Point Fashion Park via the Willey Bridge and 2 miles from River Road Shopping Center via the Huguenot Bridge.

Our Spa was designed with you in mind. The relaxed atmosphere, soothing music and wonderful spa services guarantee you a chance to leave your fast paced hectic world outside. Our treatments go beyond relaxation and soothing to having actual benefits to the body in health and appearance. It is our wish to give you the benefits from nature's resources combined with our touch to help you achieve and realize the beauty that is only yours in a unique body and mind...
A first time visit to our spa requires a full assessment of your needs that includes an assessment questionnaire, health form and consultation with your therapist so that we can establish the suitable treatment for you. Our ritual of a complimentary foot bath and a cup of tea is always an important part of our service.
Our facilities provide the amenities of a locker room for changing and storing your personal belongings. A robe and spa sandals are provided for you for body treatments, massage and skin care. You may choose to wear undergarments or bathing suit (you will need extras for changing after wet treatments). Please leave all valuables at home as Precision One Salon and Spa will not be responsible for loss.
As our spa provides an escape from daily stress, and provides a quiet and peaceful environment, please provide for a sitter for your children outside the spa. Cell phones do not belong in the spa environment and should be left with the front desk.
Make-up and hair...For full body treatments and facials, we recommend that you schedule a shampoo and styling. However, we offer a complimentary 10 minute touch-up with an available assistant or other staff.
Our spa uses all natural plant and flower essences, mineral-rich products from the oceans, seas and lakes, compositions of earth's factory such as clay and most important of all, water.
General Information
Appointments & Cancellations
Our Policy: Cancellations must be given 4 hours in advance of appointment or a 50% of scheduled service price will be charged for salon and spa. Half-day and full-day spa packages require a full 24 hours notice or 50% of package price will be charged.
Our therapists, technicians and hair designers work by appointments. The amount of time designed for your service is set aside to properly complete your service. Arriving late may cause the service to be shortened or rescheduled. Failure to show for appointments or a cancellation of less than 4 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price. Scheduling of spa appointments or major salon services requires Visa, MasterCard or American Express to guarantee.
Pricing
The level of expertise, training and education as well as experience are determining factors for our Master, Senior and Junior stylists' pricing. Many services require additional time and products and may be priced accordingly. We are a State sanctioned apprentice salon and requesting the service of an Apprentice-Stylist results in substantial savings.
Scheduling Protocol
Often when an appointment is needed with a technician of choice; time for the service may be unavailable when desired. It is our policy to accommodate your first choice, however we encourage you to schedule with an available technician as our staff works as a team assisting one another and the client. Our central computerized record keeping system insures successful formulation and consistency of services.

I have been with Precision One since 1994. That's also the year that I moved to Richmond from Northern Virginia.
I started out as a "shampoo assistant" and then moved to receptionist in 1997 and then a few added responsibilities adding the title of "assistant manager."
Being a receptionist at Precision One is challenging and requires great attention to detail, along with the ability to multi-task. Providing good customer service is a priority, and I strive to help give each client a satisfying experience.
